Dire Agency processes the data that the User communicates to it via the Site and/or via forms, in particular for the following operations:
 Management of contact requests, in particular for requests to download the White Paper;
 Management of the newsletter (newsletter subscription form).

The personal data collected and necessary for the implementation of the processing operations are:
 Your name, first name, function, company in order to send you the white paper
 Your email address in order to send you the desired alerts or our newsletter
 Your complete contact details (name, first name, email address, postal address, phone number)
 Data concerning your visits to our Sites, including traffic data, log files and other communication data or resources that you use when accessing our Sites
 Data related to the use of social networks when you use their features.
 Other data that we collect depend on the privacy settings you have defined with your third-party service provider, and we invite you to consult the applicable privacy policy for the service in question.
Mandatory data is indicated by an asterisk. Without this data, it is impossible for Dire Agency to process the request to download the White Paper.
Article 5: Legal bases for processing
The processing operations implemented in the context of providing the Services offered on the Dire Agency Site are:
 Based on the User's consent: this concerns subscription to the newsletter, Dire Agency's news:
 Based on legitimate interest: this includes in particular the processing operations whose purpose is the management of the Site and its operational features (including logistics), the resolution of any technical issues, the improvement and development of new features based on usage and/or feedback and requests from Users.
It is also specified that the website does not deposit any cookies.
Article 6: Recipient of the collected data
Dire Agency undertakes to keep all personal data collected and to only share it in certain circumstances and in accordance with the provisions of the

Some of the Users' personal data is accessible to authorized employees of Dire Agency if these individuals need to access it to carry out the purposes mentioned, i.e. to provide Users with Services in an appropriate manner. The internal services of Dire Agency that may have access to Users' personal data include in particular the IT department, the customer service center, the Human Resources department, and the housing department.
• Communication of Users' personal data to third-party service providers: Dire Agency may in particular give access to Users' personal data to third-party service providers, acting as subcontractors, to perform services related to the Site, notably modification and support on the Site.
The personal data collected by Dire Agency is not transferred outside the European Union.
Article 7: Data retention periods
Dire Agency only keeps your personal data for the duration necessary for the indicated purposes. These durations vary depending on the data, nature, and purpose of the collection. Similarly, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period.
Dire Agency retains personal data for a different duration depending on the case:
 If you are a prospect of Dire Agency for 3 years from your last contact with Dire;
 If you are a client of Dire Agency: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, as well as for an additional 5 years in archiving in accordance with the contractual prescription periods. After this period, Dire Agency will delete all personal data in its possession. However, the data necessary to fulfill its legal obligations, particularly accounting obligations, will be retained and only deleted after the applicable prescription period has expired.
 For data related to contact/download forms for the White Paper: the time necessary to process the request, then for 3 years in intermediate archiving.
